Mexican Dip

9 title 1While my family and I LOVE eating clean and healthy, we realize that not everyone does. We also try to not force our eating habits on other people. So when we need to bring an appetizer to a party or church get-together, this Mexican dip is a HUGE hit!!

8 plated 3It’s SUPER SIMPLE to make as it only uses 4 ingredients. It’s low carb, travels well, and is packed with flavor. While we prefer to use our dip with veggies, adding chips or crackers is perfectly acceptable!  In fact, we usually bring veggies and chips to parties to accompany this dip!

This recipe is easily doubled to make a full 9×13 pan, although a single recipe is usually fine. This dip has been a crowd pleaser with youth and adults. It’s not too spicy so kids enjoy it but it has just enough kick that the adults enjoy it too!!
