Clean Spice Mixes

I love to cook.
I hate boring food.
I don’t want a lot of salt in my food.
I need to have simple recipes available to help flavor my dishes.

I have found that the three most popular spice mixtures that I use are fajita, ranch, and taco. While I appreciate the convenience of ready-made packages, I don’t like not know what each ingredient is or what function it plays in the mixture. I know there’s a lot more salt in these mixtures, which I didn’t like.

When I started making my own spices, I realized how much cheaper it was to make them at home, but I was concerned about wasting individual spices since I wasn’t sure I’d use the entire the container before it was out of date. However, I quickly realized that most of these mixtures have common ingredients that I use in other dishes as well.
