How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

When you want to eat low carb, an EXCELLENT swap for pasta is spaghetti squash. But if you’re like me, you may be a little intimidated to try it because you simply don’t know how to prepare it.

DON’T BE AFRAID!!

It’s really quite simple. The key is to have a SHARP knife to cut it in a half and to WAIT until it cools (depending on your recipe) before you try to scrape the strands from the shell.

Some of our favorite family recipes that use Spaghetti Squash include:
Baked Ziti
Pasta Carbonara
Sausage and Pepper Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Chicken and Broccoli Tetrazinni
Spaghetti Squash Lasagna
