Chicken Broccoli Pasta Skillet

So when I was able to add some protein and veggies to this family favorite meal, I was thrilled. I was even more delighted when my family LOVED it and asks for it regularly!

Chicken Broccoli Pasta Skillet

Servings: 4
Portion Fix Container Count: 1 Green, 1 Red, 2 yellow, 1 tsp

Ingredients:
4 medium chicken breasts
12 oz frozen or fresh broccoli (1 bag frozen)
1 C uncooked pasta
1 can cream of chicken soup (homemade is best)
½ C shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In large skillet, place the diced chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until done.

 


2. In pot, boil the past until tender and drain. Place into skillet with chicken.

3. Steam the broccoli until it is no longer frozen. Place into skillet with chicken and pasta.
5 add steamed broccoli
4. Stir in cream of chicken soup and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 


5. Add shredded cheese on top and broil on high until the cheese has melted.

 


6. Enjoy!
