Pizza

Who doesn’t love pizza, am I right? My family is NO EXCEPTION!  We love it! We’d eat it every day if we could. In fact, it’s even allowed on the Portion Fix container system!  But, I hate the greasiness of take out, not to mention the cost. The boxes from the frozen section of the grocery store have some things to be desired.

THEN, I found this recipe in my bread machine recipe book. PERFECT!!  This recipe allows you to customize each slice to YOUR preferences, without paying more for it!  My son LOVES helping to spread the sauce, cheeses, and toppings on the pizza…what a GREAT way to get your kids involved in meal prep!

It’s also slightly healthier for you, if you choose to use the whole wheat flour like I do. You really CAN’T tell the difference in the taste of the crust, even according to our youth group kiddos.

This recipe makes 2 pizza crusts, which is A LOT of pizza…which is perfect for leftovers!!
