Clean “Crack Chicken”

Have you noticed a new popular trend on Facebook and Pinterest? CRACK CHICKEN!  I looked the recipes for this popular dish, decided it looked yummy, but passed it by many times due to the amount of cheese and other ingredients I don’t use.

Then I had an idea…I would “clean it up”. I would substitute some ingredients, make some on my own, and see how it turned out.  I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Bonus: my husband loves it and eats the leftovers in his lunch all week. He said it’s even better leftover!

**TIP** Use a crockpot liner when making this recipe. It’ll be much easier to clean your crockpot!

So, here’s my “clean” version of this popular recipe. Enjoy!
