Chocolate Peanut Butter (Banana) “Ice Cream”

Growing up, we always had ice cream in the house.  Like, the BIG buckets. Granted, there were 6 of us and sometimes friends, but we went through at least 2 buckets a month, year round!

Confession: I am an ice cream addict. I probably ate the majority of the ice cream in my family.

So, when I got married and had my son, I continued the tradition. We only went through one bucket a month, so we were doing better, right? No, not really.

Then I came across a similar recipe to this. I was skeptical because I don’t like banana ice cream. I just don’t.  So, I delayed trying it…BIG MISTAKE!

This stuff is AMAZING!  The first time I made it, I ate the whole thingBY MYSELFIN ONE SITTING! It’s that good. Trust me! (And if you don’t like it, just call me…I’ll take it off your hands. 😉 )
